Publik can be described as a modern bistro with a menu inspired from, by others, the West Coast, Japan, southern Europe and South America. Whether you prefere eating just a main course, or if you want to try our”party menu” with wine package, our menu have something for you. We want to be a restaurant that is something different from all the other, maybe more traditional, west coast restaurants. Therefore, we focus on offering a wide and slightly odd selection of beer, wine and food.
